Scrambled Eggs with Garlic Chive

Ingredients
Garlic chive1/4 lb (113g)
Eggs5 large
Salt1/2 tsp
Cooking oil3 Tbs

Instructions
1.Dice the garlic chives. Beat the eggs with salt then mix them with the garlic chives.
2.Add 3 tbs. of oil and egg mixture to a heated non-stick pan. Shake the pan to make the egg mixture spread evenly and cook the eggs over medium heat. While cooking the eggs, use a pair of chopsticks to consistently stir the eggs from edges to the center to make the eggs fluffy.
3.Once the eggs are 70% done, turn off the heat. Use the remaining temperature of the pan to cook the eggs through.

做法
1.韭菜切粒。蛋加鹽打散後加入韭菜粒拌勻。
2.不沾鍋用中火燒熱後加入3大匙油。倒進蛋液在鍋裡攤平,用筷子不停從外向中間攪動,讓蛋蓬鬆。
3.等到蛋約7成熟時熄火,用鍋子餘溫將蛋炒熟。
